Book your conference and team building with us. The Areena Riverside Resort adventure guides can facilitate your staff through a series of team building activities, all of which take place in our Private Game Reserve.
CONFERENCES
Our conference facilities can host up to 80 delegates in the main conference venue with cinema style seating, or up to 40 people with school room style seating. Our second conference venue can host up to 30 delegates. Jugs of water and mints are available to each delegate on the table. Our main conference venue has an air-conditioning system to keep you cool in the summer months. Morning and afternoon tea as well as various lunch options are available and prepared by Areena Quays Restaurant.
Note pads, pens and projectors are available on request at an additional charge. Easy safe parking is available near to the conference venue. Enjoy the country style casual setting on the river front while conducting your meetings and conferences with us.
Accommodation is available for conference delegates with limited single accommodation and then shared accommodation on site. Conference and teambuilding activities take place on site, with facilitators from our adventure village, building the group during the teambuilding activities. Feel the peace and relaxation during your break and free time.
