ABOUT CAMPING
Enjoy camping on the river, with garden and Kwelera riverside camping and caravan sites in our idyllic family holiday resort. We offer competitive camping rates.
Many east coast camping enthusiasts have returned to our caravan park time and time again to stay on one of our 110 generously sized caravan or Kwelera River camping sites. Site sizes are an average of 12m x 12m. Most sites are well grassed and shady while other sites have cement slabs for a level and stable base to set up camp on.
With more than half of the sites spread along 800m of river frontage, there will be a site that is perfect for you. Each site has one 15-20 amp electrical outlet for a standard three pin plug and a braai stand with a grid. We have numerous sparkling, clean communal ablution blocks with hot water which are serviced daily. We welcome camper vans as well to our riverside resort.
A communal lounge with DSTV is available to all guests, as well as a swimming pool, tennis court and games room, with table tennis and a pool table.
We offer pensioner discounts and pensioner monthly camping specials as well as peak season pensioner camping for November to end January. All pensioners please enquire for further details. The resort is a bird watchers paradise, with many species to be ticked off that east coast bird watching list.
