Holiday Fun at Areena – Dec 2020

We were lucky to have Father Christmas visit the resort this holiday. Bringing gifts for the children and good cheer to all. An outdoor Christmas party was enjoyed by the kiddies, especially when Father Christmas arrived on a quad bike with a trailer full of gifts and sweeties for them.
Our craft classes for children were a hit, facilitated by Bernadette who has a great creative flare. They learnt to make bird feeders, decorate tins as plant pots and went on a nature walk to find succulents to put into their pots. Dream-catchers were weaved, watermelon shaped fans were crafted and beautiful Abby illustrations were produced.
Abby had many visitors this holiday and loved meeting the new and old friends. Even Father Christmas went to say “HO, HO, HO” to Abby.
Our quad bike train did a few trips around the park, taking children on mini tours around the resort. Our quad train carriages are made up of baths, wheelbarrow, and oil barrels, pulled by a quad bike. This trip is always a hit with the kids.
